I’m a seasoned UX/UI design leader and digital product strategist with more than 15 years of experience delivering innovative solutions across web, mobile, and eCommerce platforms. Currently, I serve as Senior Manager of Web Customer Experience at WillScot Mobile Mini, where I lead the strategy and execution of our digital ecosystem—including websites, a Salesforce Experience Cloud portal, and a new eCommerce platform. My focus is on user research, SEO, design systems, and data-driven optimization to create customer-first experiences that drive both engagement and business growth.
Over the course of my career, I’ve had the opportunity to lead transformative digital projects across industries, including automotive, construction, finance, and technology. At LKQ/Keystone Automotive, I guided the design and launch of Accessory.Parts, Make It Your Ride, and other platforms that expanded digital sales. At Reynolds & Reynolds, I managed product design for dealership software, including the Add-On Auto system and nationwide training tools. Earlier in my career, I helped launch Ballyhoo Autoware, where I led the development of digital vehicle configurators that reshaped dealership accessory sales and ultimately contributed to the company’s successful acquisition.
I bring the same passion, discipline, and teamwork I developed as a collegiate track and cross-country athlete at Doane College into my professional life. I thrive in collaborative environments where I can merge my love for sports and technology to create digital tools that empower users, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver long-term value.
