Hello! I’m Tom Lombardo, a UI/UX design strategist with a passion for digital product design, and user experience research. It’s my mission to create a UX focus and practice throughtout the company (IT and the business) to deliver digital solutions that provide long term value for internal stakeholders and for our customers.
Throughout the past 15+ years, I’ve managed large scale UI/UX design programs for fortune 500 corporations within multiple industries,
including automotive, finance, software as a service (SaaS), construction/engineering, telecommunications and higher education.
As one of the founding partners of Ballyhoo Autoware, a SAAS model software company, I learned a great deal about making customer data the core of our business processes. My role at Ballyhoo put me in a position to work more directly with customers and using customer experience feedback and data became increasingly critical to our companies success.
