Throughout the past 15+ years, I’ve managed large scale UI/UX design programs for fortune 500 corporations within multiple industries,
including banking, financial technology, software as a service (SaaS), construction/engineering, automotive, telecommunications and higher education.

As one of the founding partners of Ballyhoo Autoware, a SAAS model software company, I learned a great deal about making customer data the core of our business processes. My role at Ballyhoo put me in a position to work more directly with customers and using customer experience feedback and data became increasingly critical to our companies success. It was this personal discovery that brought me to fully understand the value of user experience design and its impact to design and build customer solutions that bring long term value and create sustainable results
